Translation-Invariant Bipolarons and Charge Density Waves in High-Temperature Superconductors

چکیده
A correlation is established between the theories of superconductivity based on concept charge density waves (CDW) and translation invariant (TI) bipolaron theory. It shown that CDW are originated from TI-bipolaron states in pseudogap phase due to Kohn anomaly form a pair wave (PDW) for vectors corresponding nesting. Emerging phase, coexist with at temperatures below superconducting transition while their amplitudes decrease as Bose condensate formed TI-bipolarons, vanishing zero temperature.

Charge Ordering in High Temperature Superconductors
The reasons to expect the formation of ordered or fluctuating charge stripes and antiphase spin domains in high temperature superconductors are surveyed. Evidence for such behavior is described, and some of the consequences for the physical properties of high temperature superconductors and the mechanism of superconductivity are presented.

متن کاملConfinement of spin and charge in high-temperature superconductors.
By exploiting the internal gauge-invariance intrinsic to a spin-charge separated electron, we show that such degrees of freedom must be confined in two-dimensional superconductors experiencing strong inter-electron repulsion. We also demonstrate that incipient confinement in the normal state can prevent chiral spin-fluctuations from destroying the cross-over between strange and psuedo-gap regim...
متن کاملBloch Waves of Small High-tc Bipolarons
Over the last decade several competing models of high-temperature super-conductivity were proposed, most of them with short-range interactions. We review a more realistic model with strong on-site repulsive correlations, the Coulomb and strong finite-range electron-phonon interactions. Bipolarons in the model exist in the itinerant Bloch states at temperatures below about half of the characteri...
